Named after the iconic restaurant of our sister hotel at Cipriani, Cips is a delight for epicureans with a classic Italian menu with a rich alfresco setting. Relish a delectable menu of classic delicacies like antipasti, salads and pasta, highlighting the famous Cipriani Carpaccio and sample exquisite old and new country wines at a special wine-tasting with our head Sommelier. · Daily, Breakfast Buffet, 7:00 - 10:30 · Daily, dinner 18:00 - 21:30.

THE CAP SHACK

The Cap Shack is the most unique toes-in the-sand experience in Anguilla. Home to our iconic vintage food truck, extra-fresh bites such as Anguillian queen conch tacos and poké are prepared right before your eyes. Where sundowners are enjoyed by sunkissed revellers who seek a playful seat in the sand. Creatively mixed rum punches, catch of the day and BBQ beach tapas are served up from a vintage Citroen food truck as the sound of calypso and reggae fills the night skies. It does not get any more Caribbean than The Cap Shack. · Daily, 11:00am to 5:00pm

PIMMS

A local institution and one of the most romantic restaurants on the island. Christened with a bottle of Mount Gay Rum smashed against its white dome in 1988 or so the story goes. Pimms has continued to lure diners for over thirty years. The menu is curated of an elevated Anguillian cuisine, Caribbean classics and international specialities, using the best local organic ingredients and line-catch fish. Set in a truly magnificent setting, the graceful arches surrounded by the serenity of the turquoise waters makes for a truly romantic dinner date. · Friday to Tuesday, 6:00pm to 9:30pm.

UCHU

Unwind and soak up the Caribbean atmosphere at Uchu. By day, savor a selection of delightful light bites and creative cocktails by the connecting pool terrace. As the sun cascades along the horizon, Our chefs team takes you on a tantalising journey through the rich history of Peru with chilies, spices and organic ingredients used as far back as the Inca did when they first created « Ceviche ». Anguilla is known for the freshest seafood in the Eastern Caribbean and a culture that is intricately tied to the sea.
