Named after the late renowned artist Fernando Botero, the lounge is home to an impressive collection of nine larger-than-life bronze sculptures and features menu items such as the signature Botero Smash Burger, a shareable Honey Marinated Tomahawk Ribeye made from honeybees on property, and handcrafted cocktails like the Cherry Cola Highball or the Broadgate Venus, made with Maui Ocean Vodka, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and a mint twist.
