Named after the wife of our original developer and proprietor, Jerome B. Wheeler, Bad Harriet celebrates powerful women throughout history through innovative craft cocktails, avant garde technique and refined presentations. The guest experience, designed to envelop the senses, offers patrons the choice of an a la carte cocktail experience, “The Earnest,” or the multi-course “The Soiree,” a prix fixe bookable endeavor featuring a set menu inclusive of cocktails and bites available. The seats at the bar will also be made available on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ins to get a taste of the Bad Harriet experience.
Felix Roasting Co. has unveiled its first location outside of New York City at the historic Hotel Jerome. Founded by Matt Moinian and award-winning interior designer Ken Fulk, Felix is a contemporary coffee concept and roasting company from an eclectic team of visionaries set out to redefine coffee culture. The Aspen outpost brings the best of Felix to the Rockies, serving their signature hot and cold beverages, delicate bites and an extensive menu of specialty drinks, each meticulously infused with Felix’s house-made non-dairy milks, proprietary syrups and tonics, and custom spice blends.
Throughout Hotel Jerome’s rich history, the Jerome Bar or J-Bar as it is locally known, has been one of the town’s most popular spots to gather and recount the day’s adventures. From the silver miners of the late 19th century, who would belly up to the bar to celebrate their good fortune to today’s Hollywood stars who celebrate the authentic character of Aspen nightlife, the J-Bar continues to be a place of good times and good drink.
